In this FREE introduction to the Gender IQ series of training webcasts, Tracey Carr, an international expert in Gender Intelligence, will challenge the idea that men and women are essentially the same. We need to face the truth if we want to influence and inspire staff so that they deliver the best results for a business.  Men and women are different – not better, not worse.  Just different.  When you realise this it will transform your performance and help you to attract and retain the best leaders and team members.

There’s No Crying in Business – why this title?

Women cry around four times as often as men.  That’s a fact.  But our research shows that women don’t like to hear it because it reinforces the stereotype of the ‘weak female’, while men don’t like it either, because they’re uncomfortable with tears at work.  Why are women written off as weak if they cry, yet men are forgiven alpha male behaviour such as angry outbursts?

Let’s be honest … women’s tear ducts are larger and she has the hormones to back it all up. These are obvious, inherent, natural male and female characteristics. To deny this is to deny science, behavioural and biological, as well as the evidence of one’s own powers of observation.

But what if we were to tackle this another way?

All women and all men have either a male or female brain, and it’s the male brain that dominates corporate leadership.  We developed Gender IQ as a management skill, to widen that range of leadership styles, to create a more inclusive culture where all women and men want to work.

In this groundbreaking and FREE introduction to the Gender IQ webcast series, Tracey Carr, an international expert in gender intelligence, will debunk the theory that men and women are the same.

Watch our FREE introductory webcast and we’ll show you how to tell if your brain is male or female, and how you can change your approach to get the best from every member of your team.

Please fill in your details here and you will be taken straight to the on demand replay of the webinar ‘There’s no crying in business’.  You will be able to watch this now and return to it as often as you like as we will also send you email confirmation of the web page details.
