		<description>I&#039;m not sure it matters how you gained your current skills, they are what you have to work with, for now; maybe what matters more is where you want to go to; there is enough variety in the human endeavour to suggest that a person has an infinite variety of choice, what is required is desire, patience and focused practice acquiring the skills to get you where you want to be. 

I also believe that everybody is an individual and deserves the respect and recognition to be treated as an individual, they could be the exception to the generalisations that are freely swapped both in social chit chat and serious debate.</description>
